Lazy Boost is for people who want more energy and do not have an hour a day for it: ten-minute workouts, walks that fit a work schedule, stretches at the desk, and the sleep, light, water and caffeine habits that make the rest easier.
We are not doctors, trainers or a supplement brand, and we do not sell anything. The guides are built from what federal bodies publish: the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans from HHS, the CDC, the National Institute on Aging and other parts of the National Institutes of Health, the FDA, OSHA and the National Academies.
Where the evidence is thin, the guides say so. Nothing here is medical advice: if you have a chronic condition, are pregnant or have not been active for a while, talk to a health care provider first.
